Judicial Proceedings Panel Report on Restitution and Compensation for Military Adult Sexual Assault Crimes

This report summarizes the JPP’s assessments regarding the adequacy of the provision of compensation and restitution for victims of sexual assault crimes committed by military Service personnel. Included in this report are six recommendations to help simplify and accelerate the financial recovery of victims from sexual assault crimes committed by Service members.
