Reviews and Discussions on Institution-building of Rehabilitation for the Disabled

This article reviewed rehabilitation institutions policy regulations for the disabled and discussed problems of rehabilitation institutions shortage, lack of related policies and regulations and the shrinking community rehabilitation institutions for the disabled. It then suggested on how to develop rehabilitation institutions for the disabled: clear designing; improving institution network at all levels; establishing sustainable policy supporting mechanism; improving regulated management system.
