Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) is an important cause of myocardial infarction (MI) in young to middle-aged women. Ventricular tachycardia and/or ventricular fibrillation (VT/VF) may complicate up to 10% of SCAD presentation, and the long-term outcomes are unknown.
