Hydraulic pulse cavitation jet-flow well drilling device and drill bit

2006
The utility model relates to a hydraulic pulse cavitating jet drilling apparatus, which comprises a cylindrical noumenon; a fluid inlet section is arranged at one end of the noumenon and a fluid outlet section is arranged at the other end; the two sections are provided in-between with matched a guiding part that can deviate the flow direction of the fluid, a pulse generator that enables the continuous fluid produce pulse, and a self-exciting vibration part that enables the fluid with pulse produce resonance. The self-vibrating cavitating nozzle drill of the utility model is provided with two communicating fluid channels; the fluid channels are composed of a plurality of channels the section areas of which diminish successively; the channel with the largest section area is provided with a fluid inlet end; the outer upper end of the drill is connected to the fluid outlet section of the hydraulic pulse cavitating jet drilling apparatus, thus improving drill rock breaking and well bottom rock cleaning. The utility model has the advantages of rapidly shooting the pulse resonance flowing fluid into relatively static fluid to produce cavitation, striking the well bottom by the way of fluctuation pressure, improving the capacity of jet rock-breaking and rock-cleaning, and saving the cost of drilling wells.
