Comprehensive Intervention on Childhood Simple Obesity Lipid and Body Mass Index Effect

Objective To comprehensive intervention on childhood simple obesity effect were analyzed,and were observed before and after the intervention of blood lipid and body weight index.Methods The clinic with the diagnosis standard of children simple obesity of children under 7 years old in 120 cases as the research object,respectively,with implementation of dietary intervention,exercise intervention,intervention,psychological intervention,interventions,and observed before and after treatment,serum lipids,blood pressure,height and weight indexes.Results The patients after 1 years of intervention,their weight,height,blood pressure,blood lipid levels(glycerin three greases with total cholesterol level) compared with the treatment was improved obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05),and their normal weight children had no difference(P 0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive intervention can effectively control the body weight in simple obesity children,conducive to the healthy development of children.
