Quantitative Determination of Salidroside in Hongjingtian Tea by HPLC

Objective To determine the content of salidroside in Hongjingtian tea by HPLC.Metheds HPLC analysis was carried out on Waters symmetry shield C18 column(3.9 mm×150 mm,5 μm).The mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-water(3∶1∶96) was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1.The detection wavelength was at 225nm.The column temperature was at 25℃.Results The linear range of salidroside was 0.0215 ~ 0.6880 μg,the average recovery of this method was 96.52% and the RSD was 0.69%(n=9).Conclusion The method was sensitive simple,accurate and reproducible,and to suitable for the quality control of Hongjingtian tea.
