Kinematics Performances Analysis and Application of Elliptic-Gear and Slider-Crank Mechanism

In order to get the specified motion output of elliptic-gear and slider-crank mechanism,kinematics mathematical models of the mechanism are established,and an aided analytic software is compiled.The effects of eccentricity,offset of slider-crank mechanism,angle between major axis of elliptic-gear and the line connecting the rotating centers of the two elliptic gears on the kinematics characteristics of the mechanism are analyzed.Results show that the mechanism can meet requirements of uniform speed in working stroke(or approximate uniform speed) and quick return performances.
