Method for optimizing and controlling machine side converter of permanent magnet synchronous wind power generation system

2013
The invention discloses a method for optimizing and controlling a machine side converter of a permanent magnet synchronous wind power generation system. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a wind power system model in an electric power system real-time digital simulator (RTDS) according to the mathematic model of the permanent magnet synchronous wind power generation system; utilizing the traditional vector to control and construct the control model of the machine side pulse-width modulation converter of the permanent magnet synchronous wind power generation system; based on the constructed control model, analyzing electromagnetic relationship inside a permanent magnet synchronous power generator according to electromagnetic relationship controlled by the field weakening of a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor; and optimizing the traditional stator-flux oriented vector control of the machine side pulse-width modulation converter by resetting id reference value, wherein id is equal to 0, and id is direct-axis current. According to the method, the control strategy of the machine side pulse-width modulation converter can be optimized, so that the tracking range of maximum power of machine side converter can be enlarged, and the results of field weakening and voltage reduction so as to enlarge the tracking range are achieved.
