Risk Factors and Control Countermeasures of Puerperal Hospital Infection

OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection factors and countermeasures of puerperal hospital infections.METHODS The cases of puerperal hospital infection in recent 5 years were analyzed by retrospective survey.RESULTS The rate of infection was 1.02%,the top three infections sites were respiratory system(52.79%),surgical incision(21.32%) and digestive system(8.63%).The infection rate of cesarean section was higher than delivery vagina operation.Malnutrition,prolonged labor,premature rupture of membrane,multiple vagina checks,bad economic conditions,obesity and so on were the risk factors of puerperal hospital infection.CONCLUSION There are many relevant factors of puerperal hospital infection,scientific prenatal care,postnatal recovery,aseptic operation,proper procedure of the labor,strict infection management,and reasonable use of antibiotics are the key to prevent and control the puerperal hospital infections.
