Cross prospective research of 98 pancreases of the died newborns and children of the first year of life is done. The histotopography of tissue components of a pancreas was studied. It is revealed that the features of one-year-old children’s pancreas histotopography are: the reduced maintenance of exocrine part of gland, the expressed development of the stroma and endocrine part. In pancreases of the children who died from a syndrome of sudden children´s death, the stroma-parenchymatous relations correspond to the age and specific standard. Differences in a structure were observed at congenital defects of organs and systems and sepsis and were characterized by excess development of connecting fabric. The dependence of specific density of stroma and an exocrine parenchyma in the field of a head, a body and gland’s tail, and specific density of endocrine part in the field of gland’s head from the age (p pancreas, channels in the field of its head and a body.
