A dual-modal, dual-channel, mesoscopic-scale theranostic endoscope for quantitative imaging, monitoring, and light-triggering of chemodrug release from liposomes in vivo

We present a dual-modal, dual-channel, mesoscopic flexible endoscope that allows quantitative reflectance and fluorescence imaging for quantitative imaging, light delivery and monitoring of local drug concentrations in an ovarian cancer model in mice.
