Process for paving pedestrian pavement by utilizing building debris

2014
The invention discloses a process for paving a pedestrian pavement by utilizing building debris. The process comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out screening and selection treatment, namely screening out sand grains with fineness modulus less than 3.7 from the building debris by utilizing screening equipment, and selecting out metal, wood blocks and plastic from the building debris; (2) carrying out crushing treatment, namely crushing the remaining building debris after the selection in step (1) into 10-20cm grains, and then carrying out treatment in step (1); (3) tamping a foundation of the pedestrian pavement, paving grains with sizes not more than 3cm on the foundation, then paving a layer of 10-20cm grains on the grains with the sizes not more than 3cm, after the paving is completed, paving more than one layer of geotextile, and fixing the end part of each layer of the geotextile to the edge of the pedestrian pavement; and (4) after the completion of paving of the geotextile, paving a layer of fine sand with the thickness of 10-20cm, and finally paving surface bricks at the upper part of the fine sand by using concrete. The process disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the recovery and treatment of the building debris are timely, water can be drained from the paved pedestrian pavement, the cost is low, and the like.
