The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a high-concentration biological compound fertilizer. The high-concentration biological compound fertilizer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20%-25% of carbamide, 25%-30% of monoammonium phosphate, 0%-5% of ammonium sulfate, 5%-7.5% of ammonium bicarbonate, 20%-25% of potassium sulfate, 18%-20% of raw materials containing humic acids, 1%-5% of trace elements and 0.5%-1% of biological microbial inoculum. The manufacturing process of the high-concentration biological compound fertilizer comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing a common inorganic compound fertilizer raw material adopted as a vector with the humic acids and the biological microbial inoculum; then evaporating, granulating, drying, cooling, screening, coating a film, packaging, and detecting to be qualified; and then warehousing. The high-concentration biological compound fertilizer is a multifunctional compound fertilizer prepared by mixing microorganism bacteria and a compound fertilizer and can organically combine the microbial function and the conventional compound fertilizer function, thereby improving the granular structure of soil and enhancing the utilization ratio of fertilizers; and the high-concentration biological compound fertilizer is novel in production conception and is a first selected product of a compound fertilizer manufacturer on realizing product appreciation.
