Особенности формирования структуры и свойства металлокерамических покрытий в системах Al2O3-CrxNy, Al2O3-Mo2

For systems Al2O3-CrxNy, Al2O3-Mo2 we study structure and properties of metal-ceramic coatings deposited by a method of plasma spraying on copper substrates. It is shown that the gradient coating structure is formed in spraying. The optimal coating compositions are determined providing maximum microhardness and wear resistance. It is found that the coating Al2O3 − 30 wt. % Cr2N has the minimum friction coefficient.
