Resistance scaling from 10 m/spl Omega/ to 10 k/spl Omega/ at MIKES with Cryogenic Current Comparator and Guildline bridges

2002
An automated measurement system for resistance scaling is developed in MIKES. The system was compared with our Cryogenic Current Comparator (CCC) resistance bridge. The results of the measurements in the range 1 Ohm-10 kOhm agreed within 0.03 ppm. The same CCC bridge is used for the measurements of the 10 mOhm resistor with a combined standard uncertainty less than 1 ppm. Temperature hysteresis was observed in some of the standard resistors during measurements of their temperature coefficients.
