Much has been discussed about the ecological food production, as well the advantages forthe consumers, especially the nutritional view and zeal for the environment, considering thecurrent world’s technological innovations. In this way, FEPOUT - UTFPR’s Organic ProductsFair, is an alternative to approach the consumers to this type of product, including students,servers, and external community. By the way, the project results from the creation of the firstStudy Center of Agroecology and Organic Production of southwestern Parana (NEA_Sudoeste_PR). Therefore, the fair was able to strength and motivated the agroecological practices oforganic food production and the environment’s preservation and biodiversity.
