Research on Fluoride Concentration in the Atmosphere in Spring and Winter of Baoding City

[Objective]The study aimed to discuss air pollution by fluoride in spring and winter of Baoding City. [Method]Using fluor reagent spectrophotometry,fluoride concentration in the atmosphere in spring and winter of Baoding City was detection,and its air pollution by fluoride was assessed. [Result]In winter,atmospheric fluoride concentration in Baoding City was 0. 009- 0. 052 μg /L,and the average detected rate of atmospheric fluoride concentration in the campus of Hebei University was 80%. In spring,atmospheric fluoride concentration was 0. 018- 0. 059 μg /L, and the detected rate was 94%. Compared with winter,air pollution by fluoride was more serious in spring. During a day,the peaks of fluoride concentration in the atmosphere appeared from 10: 00 to 11: 00 or at 14: 00. A rain could reduce fluoride concentration in the atmosphere and make the air clean. [Conclusion]The research could provide scientific references for the effective control of air pollution by fluoride in Baoding City.
