Preparation method for copper nanostructured material with controllable morphology

2015
The invention relates to a preparation method for a copper nanostructured material with controllable morphology. According to the preparation method, energy is provided for metal copper at zero valence in the high-temperature high-pressure environment provided by a pressure vessel (such as a high-pressure vessel), the alcohol solution temperature and the retention time are controlled, and thus the copper nanostructure with needed morphology is extremely conveniently obtained. Concretely, the method comprises putting an anhydrous ethanol solution and a cleaned pure metal copper sheet into the high-pressure vessel, and guaranteeing the copper sheet to be completely immersed in the anhydrous ethanol solution; keeping the temperature of the high-pressure vessel to be 100-200 DEG C and reacting for 0.5-6 h or more, and performing the reaction at a certain temperature for different periods, so as to respectively obtain a nanosheet, a nanowire and a nanoparticle structure. The copper nanostructure prepared through a simple alcohol heat method possesses low-cost application prospect in fields of microelectronic integrated circuits, catalysis and antibiosis.
