It is described the influence of quasi multilayer envelope, forming in carbon diffusion process to steels diffusion layer in pyrolysis oven pipe exploitation process, on mechanical properties. It is recommended the calculation model of pyrolysis oven pipe resource evaluation with allowance for quasi multilayer envelope forming at different time of diffusion process. It is preset that in initial period of exploitation the stress into carburized layer is highest. With increasing carburized layer thickness stress redistribution set going metal matrix and carburized layer between, that reduce to improvement deformation steel properties.
