High Performance Glass Cutter Servo System Mechanical Resonance Suppression

The mechanism of mechanical resonance of the servo system of glass cutting machine is analyzed, and the on-line detection of the system is carried out by using the quadrature axis current analysis method with the fast Fourier algorithm as the core. At the same time, the frequency spectrum of quadrature axis current feedback signal is analyzed, and the resonance characteristic of the system is detected in real time. The adaptive notch filter is designed according to the result of resonance characteristics to automatically set the notch filter parameters. The actual test on the glass cutter shows that the resonant frequency and amplitude of the glass cutter servo system can be accurately obtained by using this algorithm, and the design of notch filter is better inhibition for the mechanical resonance of the cutter system.
