The invention provides a shock-proof and easily-replaceable horseshoe and a manufacturing method thereof. The horseshoe comprises an upper-layer part, a middle-layer part and a lower-layer part which are in successive connection, wherein the upper-layer part is made of soft plastic, and the shape of the top surface of the upper-layer part matches with the shape of the surface of a horse hoof; a plurality of upper nail holes are dispersed on the upper-layer part along the edge of a profile; the middle-layer part and the lower-layer part are of a U-shaped structure, and a plurality of middle nail holes are dispersed on the middle-layer part; and the middle-layer part and the lower-layer part are in connection through screws. According to the invention, the upper-layer part is made of soft plastic, such as silicone rubber, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyurethane (PU), etc., and a design of complete coverage can protect the whole bottom part of the horse hoof. Meanwhile, a wear-resisting material is utilized to manufacture the lower-layer part which generates friction with the ground, and a geometric contact surface capable of completely fitting with the surface of the horse hoof is provided, so frequency density of replacement of the horseshoe can be reduced; thus, opportunities of injuring of horses due to all-over nail holes on the horseshoe and nailing of hoof nails.
