A New Linear Driving Power Supply for Piezoelectric Material

A new linear driving power supply for piezoelectric material was designed to drive piezoelectric actuator.It was composed by two parts: driving power supply;ON/OFF driver based on SSR,which had both driving control module and rapid discharge module.The driving power supply could provide both positive voltage and negative voltage for the piezoelectric material at a linear range from-220 V to 220 V DC,while the maximum frequency of operation could be 3 kHz.
