Measurement apparatus of ball groove gap of tripod shaft fork

The invention relates to a measurement apparatus of a ball groove gap of a tripod shaft fork. With the apparatus, defects of difficult measurement of a gap between a ball groove and a tripod joint in a tripod shaft fork and low measurement efficiency in the prior art can be overcome. According to the measurement apparatus, a standing plate is fixed on the pedestal; and a clamp plate for clamping a tripod shaft fork is fixed on the standing plate. A guide rail is fixed on the pedestal; a sliding seat sliding along the guide rail is arranged on the guide rail; and a transmission shaft is connected to the sliding seat in a rotating mode and is driven by a torque lever to make rotation. Besides, a spline is fixed on the transmission shaft; the tripod shaft fork is fixed on the clamp seat; and on the basis of cooperation of the spline on the tripod joint and the spline on the transmission shaft, clamping of the tripod joint is completed. According to the technical scheme, the structure is simple; and the cost is low. Clamping of the tripod shaft fork and the tripod joint is completed by using the clamp plate and the spline, thereby substantially improving the clamping efficiency of the tripod shaft fork and the tripod joint and thus enhancing the measurement efficiency of the gap between the ball groove and the tripod joint in the tripod shaft fork.
