3,4-Diamino-1,2,5-thiadiazole as potent and selective CXCR2 antagonists

Abstract A series of potent and selective 3,4-diamino-1,2,5-thiadiazoles were prepared and found to show excellent binding affinities towards CXCR2 receptor.
