Case 13-2018: A 53-Year-Old Man with Cardiomyopathy and Recurrent Ventricular Tachycardia

A Man with Cardiomyopathy and Ventricular Tachycardia A 53-year-old man presented with shock and ventricular tachycardia. Cardiac MRI revealed an ejection fraction of 43%, with septal hypokinesis, myocardial edema, and late gadolinium enhancement of the subendocardium. Diagnostic tests were performed.
