The automatic control system comprises a sensor and annunciator unit, a turnout unit, a wagon number transfer unit and a dispatching unit, wherein the sensor and annunciator unit, the turnout unit and the wagon number transfer unit finish different types of signal acquisition and logic programming respectively and store signals in storage units distributed to the sensor and annunciator unit, the turnout unit and the wagon number transfer unit respectively, and by calling information of the storage units, the dispatching unit conducts logic judgment and calculation, operates the corresponding signals and finishes access operation and control. According to the automatic control system of the locomotive-depot signal system, the accident rate is reduced to the minimum by adopting a structured program development mode and a perfect logic control function; application of structure variables of the automatic control system enables an upper control display function to be stronger; a simulation debugging function makes laboratory debugging possible, development time is shortened, meanwhile, the error probability of programming is reduced, and debugging cost is saved.
