The article relates to the study of number of clinical features common to vulva cancer, the disease mainly affecting women over 60 years in 77.7% cases. The largest share is a group of patients with stage 3 disease 79 (36.6%). The majority of patients seeking medical aid have a 6-12-month-old disease history (30.6%). Patients with the disease stages 3-4 in nearly 90% cases presented their complaints over 3 months after the symptoms initial occurrence. The most common concomitant diseases were found to be endocrine and metabolic disorders, as well as gynecological diseases, i.e. colpitis, leukoplakia and vulvar kraurosis (53.7%). The study of genetic factors revealed malignant tumors in family history of 30 (9.2%) patients. Advanced stages of the disease were more frequently observed in tumor lesions of the small and large labia (85.7%) and clitoris (50.0%). In the bulk of patients (63.4%), tumor diameter ranged from 2 to 5 inches. The anamnesis study, clinical and laboratory findings and treatment results ensured an objective evaluation of various diagnostic and therapeutic methods and allowed us to identify prognostic factors of life duration and quality in vulva cancer patients.
