The catalyst contains a specific amount of metallic ruthenium, a specific amount of a boron compound and a metallic cobalt compound, and nano-scale aluminosilicate to realize the preparation of cyclohexanol through the one step method of the aromatic hydrocarbon, and has a high activity and a high selectivity.
