Research status on molecular mechanisms of drug resistance in leukemia

Currently, application of combination chemotherapy and precise targeted drugs in the treatment of leukemia occupies an irreplaceable position, but there are considerable number of patients with chemotherapy and targeted therapy resistance, leading to leukemia refractory and relapsed. It is one of the important ways to improve the prognosis and long-term survival of patients with leukemia to effectively reverse the drug resistance.In this paper, the recent research progress on leukemia drug resistance related molecular mechanisms were reviewed, aimed to broaden the train of thought to understand and explore some ways to reverse the drug resistance of leukemia.
