Лечение острого необструктивного пиелонефрита при осложнениях антибиотикотерапии

Pyelonephritis is the most frequent renal disease which affect, young people making it not only a medical but a social problem. Basic conservative therapy of acute non obstructive pye-lonephritis is antibiotics of different groups. The broad specter of side effects and antibiotic resis-tance does not fulfill the aim of managing this disease. The study performed on the base of the department of urology RUF showed no benefits of antibiotic therapy against chinolon monother-apy in combination with non specific immunostimulators and in poor prognostic cases quant therapy and antiagrigants.
