Wireless and remote real time process control method and system with data acquisition using jini networking technology

PURPOSE: A process control method and system is provided to make a realtime collection of numerical data of system components over a wireless network, to diagnose a corresponding system, and to transmit a control instruction to the system over a wireless network so that it can be applied to a large sized process system, for example, a nuclear power plant, a chemical plant, a steel mill or a metal working plant. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a central measurement control server receiving a request of a new component service, the central measurement control server transmitting a registration of the new component service to a search service support server where the component service is developed by using a class of a CLDC(Connected Limited Device Configuration) and an MIDP(Mobile Information Device Profile), and data is transmitted via a wireless communication module installed at the component, the search service support server storing a proxy object on the component service and transmitting a registrar object to the central measurement control server, the central measurement control server storing the registrar object, a client console asking the search service support server if a component service exists, the search service support server transmitting the registrar object on the component service satisfying the search request to the client console over a wireless network, the client console extracting necessary component service data from the registrar object and requesting the corresponding service object to the search service support server, the search service support server transmitting a service proxy object to the client console over a wireless network, and the client console setting a necessary task performance method, for example, a data collection or a transmission of a control instruction, and setting a channel between the server and the client.
