Etude cytogénétique de cals et de clones néoformés chez la pomme de terre cv. BF15 (2x) (H1)

Summary Somaclonal variation was observed on callus and regenerated clones induced in vitro from internodal cuttings prelevated on a dihaploid potato clone. A preliminary study on nuclear DNA mass showed variations indicating a genome instability increasing rapidly during the first twelve days of culture, then decreasing with callus aging, but also increase soon after subculture. The effect of these variations on chromosome number were analyzed on 44 regenerated clones. Finally, observations on meiosis allowed us to sort some diploid regenerated clones with a more regular meiosis than the control.
