The embodiment of the invention discloses a voltage regulating method and a voltage regulating device of a super-capacitor. The method and the device are used for relieving the aging of the super-capacitor and prolonging the service life of the super-capacitor. The super-capacitor is used for performing power failure protection on a control chip which is used for executing a business and the control chip comprises a cache. The method comprises the steps of obtaining information which carries system business volume; according to the information, configuring the magnitude of the available capacity value of the cache; according to the magnitude of the configured available capacity value of the cache, regulating the working voltage of the super-capacitor.
