The method comprises: when a first operation on an electric vehicle is detected, obtaining a first parameter (101); determining whether a first preset condition is satisfied (102); when it is determined that the first preset condition is satisfied, obtaining a second parameter (103); generating a first instruction according to the second parameter (104); and executing the first instruction, and controlling a motor of the electric vehicle to be in a first working mode, so as to charge a storage battery of the electric vehicle (105). Also disclosed are an apparatus for recycling electric energy of an electric vehicle, the electric vehicle, and a storage medium.
