Organizational principles of the control of hospital infection in resuscitation and intensive care departments

: The article is concerned with a complex of organizational and sanitary-hygienic steps aimed at the suppression of the origination and spread of hospital infection in departments of reanimation and intensive therapy. In this respect, of great importance was not only the architectural solution of the department building but also the regimen of its work, personal hygiene of the medical staff, disinfection of the rooms, soft stock and apparatus, nursing of the patients and the problem of carriage of bacilli.
