Clamping control system of four-crawler-belt tensioner and control method of clamping control system

The invention relates to a clamping control system of a four-crawler-belt tensioner. The clamping control system comprises a controller module, a signal measurement and control module and hydraulic control modules. The hydraulic control modules are composed of the upper crawler belt hydraulic control module, the lower crawler belt hydraulic control module, the left crawler belt hydraulic control module and the right crawler belt hydraulic control module which are independent of one another, and each independent hydraulic control module comprises an electromagnetic control valve set, a pressure sensor and a hydraulic cylinder internally provided with a displacement sensor. The signal measurement and control module comprises a signal measurement module and a signal control module, the pressure sensors and the displacement sensors of the independent hydraulic control modules are all electrically connected with the signal measurement module, and the electromagnetic control valve sets of the independent hydraulic control modules are all electrically connected with the signal control module. The controller module comprises a PLC, and the signal measurement module and the signal control module are electrically connected with the PLC. The invention further relates to a control method of the clamping control system of the tensioner.
