Construcción de mutantes de Salmonella entérica por inactivación de los genes invG/invE y ssaJ/ssaK

Several methods have been described for manipulating and producing mutant genomic DNA having specific characteristics in an attempt to understand the genetic basis for Salmonella pathogenicity. This study reports the construction of mutants from several S. enterica serotypes, the substitution and inactivation of invG/invE
