The management of human capital, with a focus on systems and processes, is a very important factor in Cuban organizations today, for it is only through people that the organizational change project pursued in Cuban enterprises may be carried out. The integrated management of human capital has been established as a national standard in Cuba (Norma Cubana NC-3001: 2007), which is the only one of its kind in the world. The article presents the experience of implementing the integrated human capital management system in sets of companies that interact through organizational learning processes with an innovative perspective to understand the logic of knowledge conversion.
