Neutralidad de red y desarrollo de las TIC

espanolInternet ha sido uno de los principales motores de crecimiento de las tecnologias de la informacion y de la comunicacion (TIC). El desarrollo de estas tecnologias esta modificando la manera de trabajar en el mundo y la manera de relacionarnos. La falta de neutralidad de red en internet puede frenar el desarrollo de estas tecnologias. En este articulo se va a investigar los riesgos existentes en la actualidad, la situacion a nivel mundial, con especial interes en la Union Europea, y las consecuencias que tienen en el desarrollo de las TIC la falta de neutralidad de red. The development of these technologies is changing the way people work in the world and the way we relate. The lack of network neutrality on the Internet can slow the development of these technologies. This article will investigate the risks that exist today, the situation worldwide, with particular interest in the European Union, and the consequences they have on the development of ICT lack of network neutrality.
