An updated version of a popular outdated case (OB-0443), this material is excellent to explore the role of the general manager and the complexity of inter-relationships. Sarah Conner has just assumed control of Astral, a successful compact-disc manufacturer with some looming problems. Previously run by an autocratic manager, Astral is paralyzed following Sir Maxwell's death. Conner must work through a stack of voice and e-mails, faxes, and schedules, to decide where to begin and what to do.
