The invention relates to a cement concrete roadway structure suitable for 300-360 tonnage cars and a construction method; the road structure is characterized in that the road structure comprises a tamped decayed rock roadbed, a macadam mixed layer, a cement stabilized macadam connecting layer and a high-strength concrete surface layer from bottom to top; and the construction method comprises the following steps of: a. cleaning and tamping the decayed rock roadbed; b. paving the macadam mixed layer with the thickness being 80-120cm; c. paving the cement stabilized macadam connecting layer with the thickness being 40-60cm, and then compacting; d. paving the high-strength concrete surface layer with the thickness being 40-60cm; and e. maintaining to complete construction. In the invention, compared with the prior art, the cement concrete roadway structure has high road structure strength, good abrasion resistance and long service life, the bending tensile strength of the concrete roadway is improved to more than 9.8MPa from 5MPa of common concrete, and the roadway structure meets structure safety under load action of cars with 300-360 tonnages.
