Interferometric Procedure for Decoupling Morphometry and Refractive Index Measurements via Digital Holographic Microscopy

An experimental decoupling procedure that separates the thickness and the relative refraction index of transparent objects is discussed with Digital Holography Microscopy. The sample is immersed into different media. Experimental results are presented.
