К вопросу о методиках выявления политической элиты современной России

The article is an overview of methods to identify the political elite of modern Russia. Comparing the ratings of twenty influential politicians, made in December 2011 through a variety of techniques, the authors come to the conclusion that the most accurate and reliable way to calculate the persons belonging to the highest political strategy of the country is the procedure of expert survey. Other methods mass survey or content analysis of the press give less accurate results.
