The Clinical Study on Treatment of the Third Stage Pressed Wound with Puccoon Oil and Cefazolin

Objective:To study the effect of Chinese medicine Puccoon Oil and cefazolin on pressed wound of the third stage.Methods:40 patients were randomized into the experimental group and control group.The effects of the two methods treating pressed wound were compared.Results:There was significant differences between the two groups in the cure rate(P0.05)and the cure time(P0.01).Conclusion:Puccoon Oil and cefazolin is superior to conventional treatment in treating pressed wound of the third stage.
