Synthesis and biological evaluation of novel n -[3-(4-phenylpip-erazin-1-yl)-propyl]-carboxamide derivatives

A variety of novel title piperazine derivatives (VII) is designed, synthesized and screened for their cell-cell fusion inhibitory activity for the use as potential antiretroviral drugs.
