1인 가구 최저주거기준 개선을 위한 기초 연구

In 2004, the minimum residential criteria were enacted as part of the housing welfare policy. Since then, the area standard was raised once in 2011, but it is hard to say that the housing environment has improved due to the increase in the number of households and the diversification of housing types. Thus, this study considered the lowest residential criteria prior to the study and analyzed overseas cases.
