The utility model relates to a backlight heat dissipation structure and a liquid crystal display with the heat dissipation structure. The liquid crystal display comprises a front frame, an aluminum back plane and the backlight heat dissipation structure. The front frame and the aluminum back plane are fastened with each other, and the backlight heat dissipation structure comprises a lamp strip, a light source installed on the lamp strip, an aluminum bar and a graphite film. The lamp strip is fixed on the aluminum bar which is fixed on the front frame, and the graphite film is clamped between the lamp strip and the aluminum bar and extends to be adhered to the aluminum back plane. The liquid crystal display meets requirements of ultrathin design and is lower in structural cost.
