Nanometer water-based conductive ink and preparation method thereof

2015
Nanometer water-based conductive ink is composed of, by mass, 8-10% of multiwalled carbon naotubes, 20-22% of hexamethylene diisocyanate, 8-10% of polyethylene glycol-2000, 1-3% of dimethylolpropionic acid, 2-4% of N-methyl pyrrolidone, 0.3-3% of 1,6-Hexanediol , 1-3% of triethylamine, 20-30% of deionized water, 0.1-1% of dilaurate butyltin, 1-3% of acetone, 6-9% of ethanediol, 2-4% of ethanol amine, 1-2% of polyethylene glycol-200, 1-2% of polyacrylamide, 1-2% of polyethylene acrylate, 1-2% of polypropylene wax, 1-2% of polyoxypropylene oxyethylene glycol ether and 10% of bright red color paste, wherein the sum of the mass percent values of the components is 100%. The nanometer water-based conductive ink is small in viscosity and high in solidifying speed, is good in friction resisting performance and resistance after an ink layer is solidified, and is simple in preparation method and low in device cost.
