Проблема оппортунистических инфекций при гранулематозе с полиангиитом (гранулематозе Вегенера)

The clinical case of a patient with Wegener's granulomatosis is presented, in need of immunosuppressive therapy, in combination with an infectious process. The difficulties in diagnosis and treatment of secondary infections in patients with ANCA-associated vasculitis are highlighted.
