Abstract Congenital heart disease can lead to significant lymphatic complications such as chylothorax, plastic bronchitis, protein losing enteropathy and ascites. Recent improvements in lymphatic imaging and the development of new lymphatic procedures can help alleviate symptoms and improve outcomes.
